Hi all, can't see if this has been asked before. When I'm running a particular TT and discover something I'd like to edit, is there a way of amending the specific details and then incorporating the changes in the current session without starting again at the beginning, as by the time I do the edit I might be well into the TT. Hope I've put this across ok. Mal. Log in to reply |

Mal If everything is happening, pause the sim while you work out what you need to do. Then: 1) If the train you wish to edit has already entered the sim, go into F2, right-click on the train, Timetable - Edit and change whatever is necessary. 2) If the train has not yet entered, go into F4, find the train you want and edit as appropriate. If the train has already entered, editing through F4 doesn't carry over to the active train already running in the sim. Conversely, any changes you make on the hoof through F2 are one-time changes and are not saved anywhere. If you would like to make those changes permanent, you need to go back to F4 and make the same changes, then save the TT (which you can do under a different name if you wish to retain the original TT as reference). “In life, there is always someone out there, who won’t like you, for whatever reason, don’t let the insecurities in their lives affect yours.” – Rashida Rowe Log in to reply |

WIKI page was my attempt to show the various TT edit/save workings.
