Damn, beat me to posting about this (not that it is competition or anything, just saying). I have some doubt that news story has all it's fact right, but anyway. If we stopped the Bluebell Rly every time someone spotted a big cat (or the prints were found lineside) we'd never run any trains. Over reaction as usual.
