Just heard from a contact and confirmed it - East Coast have now released their new 'Eureka' timetables online. These timetables (Mon-Fri, Sat, Sun) start on 22nd May 2011.

This has previously been discussed on the forum here.

Since East Coast have mentioned they are making some serious changes to train times I must advise my fellow SimSiggers who travel with East Coast check out the timetables now via the links on the page above.
