Since changing to Windows 7/64 bit I seem unable to reinstall Gloucester, Bristol, Exeter and Westbury. I have been able to reinstall the basic V2.103. I have now run out of my five options. Has anybody any thoughts on this?

There are known installing problems with some other sims on 64-bit systems, but Gloucester, Bristol and Exeter (I am not sure about Westbury) should install fine.

The older sims use a 16 bit install launcher (used in the days when we were moving from 16- to 32-bit) and 16 bit executables aren't supported on Windows x64. Your best bet is to find a 32 bit pc to install the sims and then copy the files in C:program filesSimSig to your new PC.

All of them run fine on my Windows 7 64-bit systems (both PC and laptop).

Westbury doesn't install as such, isn't it just an *.exe? As long as you have the system files installed you can pop it in your Program Files/Simsig folder, create a shortcut to it and off you go. Worked for me anway.

The Westbury version I have on my computer - I am not sure if it's the same as in the download area but at least it is paged - is an installer and that looks quite the same as the Gloucester/Exeter/Bristol ones. I am 100% sure that this version can run on 64-bit systems but as I said before the version in the download area may be another one.

I'm on 7 64bit and have had now problems with any of the sims mentioned. The only ones that don't work are the Obsolete sims.
