Ive just downloaded the above but i find i can only play either freight only or passenger only. Is there a way of combining the timetables into one?

Thanks

Richard

Open wither of the timetables, then once in the game click timetables - Open Merge with current, then merge in the other one.
"Passengers for New Lane, should be seated in the rear coach of the train " - Opinions are my own and not those of my employer

Is there an equivalent Split? I'd just love to split goods trains out of Royston.

What exactly are you trying to do? If you're trying to rid of all freight trains on Royston then open F4 Timetable and just go through any Class 4s, Class 6s, Class 7s and Class 8s and delete their timetables. If you perhaps wanted to just work with freight trains, so no passenger trains, then just do the opposite and delete all the passenger trains. Although, it would not surprise me in the least if doing the latter meant you had a very boring timetable with little activity spread out over a long period of time - you'd have to run it at full speed between freights.

Any views and / or opinions expressed by myself are from me personally and do not represent those of any company I either work for or am a consultant for.

Or use ConvData to turn it into formatted text, then write a script do any kind of splitting that you want.

which is how I split up the Sheff 1984 TT into Passenger, Mails, Freight and Specials, generate the txt file, copy/cut/paste edit into sections, and convert each bit back into WTT form.

I 'think' (Clive may confirm/deny) that the order of the trains in the txt may be dependent on how they were last sorted in F4 TT edit when the TT was saved.

I can only help one person a day. Today's not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look too good either.

The order of trains in both text and WTT files is not specified and may be changed without warning. In particular, ConvData will not necessarily put them in the same order as in the file it is converting.
