Am I right in thinking the scrolly version of Westbury has been withdrawn? I'm rebuilding my sim collection following data loss, and it doesn't seem to be available.

Ahhh, Version 2.123! I believe that Westbury, along with other 'Great Western' simulations, is currently being refreshed/"re-developed". See this thread and/or this news article.
