Apparently it had already been released by August 2010 (if you check out this thread).

Looks like the TMIS screens we have in our messrooms at work. I'd say that's not a signaller's screen.

Train Movement Information System ( I believe), and yes, it simply repeats the signaller's panel so the train crews can see where their trains are.

i dont know if this one is it, but theres one behind the helpdesk near the barriers at Marlyebone, in full view of the Pax. i whiled away many minutes watching it!
