Hello, In the F3 Options menu under Failures, you have 'Minimum Failure Time'. I just want to confirm whether this sets the minimum time between failures (so you don't get failures too quickly in succession or as soon as the previous failure is fixed) or whether it sets a minimum time before a failure is fixed by the technicians (so the fault doesn't get fixed too quickly). I did a search on the wiki manual but it has the older style menu which describes 'Failure Time Length' but not this newer 'Minimum Failure Time' option. With Failure Time Length setting the average time before a failure is fixed, I'm guessing Minimum Failure Time sets the average time between failures (or the average time after the previous failure is fixed if you only allow max 1 failure)? It's Minimum Length OF Failure i.e between failure occurring and it being fixed, rather than minimum length between failures.

I'm sure this has been asked before (probably by me  ) but would it be reasonable to enquire about the possibilities of receiving an incident message once the blokes in orange are on site with an basic ETA for rectification? Much like when a train is delayed and the incident message states its expected to depart at xx:xx.
