nice to see network rail using a bit of common sence. that must of been a doddle for them to do after they had already done the reading bridge

being less that 200mm (yes, milli-metres!) from an adjacent listed building whilst doing it is rather more impressive than reading, tbh :-P

I'm a minicab driver in London and the amount of chaos caused by them shutting Borough High Street underneath that bridge was unbelievable! Looks like they did a good job though! 160mm isn't very much leeway at all!
