A group (pod? set? herd? flock?) of engines went through Bradford on Avon today, about 12:50, heading towards Bath. Anybody know what the engines were? Most, if not all, were old but well preserved, No carriages, just some severe thrashing. Thanks. SimSig Boss Log in to reply |

Made a random stroll down to Greenland Mill slightly more interesting whilst eating my sandwiches! Thanks. SimSig Boss Log in to reply |

Technically it is running 10080 minutes late, as they were due out last week but got cancelled and the Class 57 ran light from Swanage all the way to Carnforth! It will presumably have been a convoy of locos from Swanage to the Severn Valley - 37516, 37503, D9009, 56301 & D1062That sounds quite plausible and they look about what I think I saw!
