Hi all,
After a few hours into the Royston sim, I can't ignore the RAI, WKG and FAI indicators in the top right any longer. What do they signify?

Thanks in advance for clearing this up for me.

RAI = Raised, the level crossing barriers are in the raised position so the level crossing is open to road users to cross.

WKG = Working;
- When flashing the barriers are either lowering for the imminent passing of an approaching train or they're raising after the passage of a train over the crossing.
- When steady, the barriers are fully lowered and it is considered safe for any approaching train(s) to cross pass over the crossing.
- The level crossing 'road traffic lights' are flashing and the barriers are lowering, are fully lowered and it is considered safe for any approaching train(s) to pass over the crossing or they're raising after the passage of a train over the crossing.

FAI = Failed, the barriers, lights, or some part of the crossing has failed. In my experience, this indicator only tends to flash red when the barriers appear to be stuck down. This can be caused by a number of factors, for example a slow freight train, a Track Circuit Failure.

Hope this helps.

Thank you very much. I've not noticed WKG flashing in Royston. I will look out for that this evening. Makes perfect sense now I know it's a level crossing

The WKG light does not flash.

I was sure of this because, after all, I wrote the code. But I've just checked as well and it definitely doesn't flash.

Oops! There was me thinking in that at least one simulation it flashes when working (lowering or raising), must be thinking of another crossing.

I've noticed it flashes in the Worksop Sim as the barriers are lowering/raising. This is the first Sim where I've noticed it.

Different sort of crossing I suspect (without powering up the sim). The CCTV type crossings buttons do flash.
