The route im thinking about has full CSR coverage, however on the couple of occasions Ive had to be talked past a particular signal which is within the tunnel, you get far less hiss, crackling etc than you do normally. Also for some reason on our new 378's the CSR is terrible, sounds almost like you're getting some sort of feedback in the handset, its so bad that at one point I had to end the call and get out and use the SPT intead.
