Hello, I have run into a slight problem on the Saltley sim. I managed to put a signal back to danger in front of train 1M69 in the Northfield area. I then saved the game and shut down the computer as I had to go and do other things. When I came back to it a few days later, 1M69 didn't come to a stand at the signal as expected (signal 33 - running with fast line closure through Northfield), but instead came up in the train list as "On Telephone" in the train list and now doesn't go anywhere. He never called in to say about the ACOA, and dind't ask to phone his control. It now won't go anywhere - could someone unpick what I did wrong and how to solve? Thanks for an excellent sim! Had he phoned in to complain, the only answer you would have been able to give would be "Please continue after speaking to your control" after which he would show on the train list as "On Telephone" for a time before moving off again of his own accord (assuming he has a proceed aspect in the signal). Have you allowed any time to pass to see if he moves away? If so, how long? Alternatively, if you have tried all of that, a saved game uploaded here would help Darren (the developer) to track down what is wrong. Log in to reply |

I don't remember him calling in to ask for permission, although this doesn't mean that I didn't at some stage - it has been several weeks. Although it has now been over 30 mins in this game and it hasn't gone anywhere. How do I upload a save? Log in to reply |

It's a core code issue that has since been fixed. I think if you reverse the train (twice) it will start moving again.
