i have noticed recently that there is a rule "missing" which could prove very helpful. there is no train X must not depart from Z until -mins after train Y has departed from Z for instance, on lime street, i have three locos in Siding D. the first departs, unfortunatley, the second and third then choose to depart and manage to follow it out. the same with departing trains. this rule would allow (for instance) train 0M10 must not depart from Lime street until 2 mins after 1A20 has departed from lime street, meaning that 0m10 will buzz out after 1a20 has cleared the platform, and await the road. it also means light locos wont call all the time pestering the bobby. I think if you give the LE a booked departure time, it won't call in until then....or at least you get the 'wait to booked time' option so you only answer the one call. Also (it used to be that) Class 0, 1, 2 and 5 trains won't depart early unless a 'set-down' time is specified. Other classes may or may not depart early, at random. I can only help one person a day. Today's not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look too good either. Log in to reply |

" said:I think if you give the LE a booked departure time, it won't call in until then....or at least you get the 'wait to booked time' option so you only answer the one call.except where the train is formed via N:0e00 function. i can also confirm the LEs are all calling (something the rule would remove) and also on lime st and euston, accepting a green starter meant for the main train, and so follow it out up to the signal. all my LEs have booked departure times and none have set down times. i can send you the WTT and WTR files if you want to have a look andy?
