Evening, I am currently "testing" a Winter 2012 TT I am in the process of writing, and ran the first 3-hours just to see how things looked, however in the TT there is a 6M62 which enters from Up Dumfries at 00:11. I got approx 03:00 and 6M62 has not decided to appear. I was running the sim with no failures & the TT for 6M62 is valid throughout, any thoughts? Regards Paul When in doubt - Contingency plan 2A. There are no known faults with trains failing to enter from Dumfries. Could it be that you have the freight running at 50% chance or something similar, and are there any rules stating the train must not enter until another train has done XYZ... ? Log in to reply |

Hi Tom, I have just had a gander, and I have nothing ticked on the TT for 6M62. The only rule that affects said train is a 15 minute rule regarding departing from Carlisle Yard (Booked 0125-0144). Does its route validate OK in the TT analyser?

Hi Andy Yeah the TT is valid as I checked all the trains entered as I wrote them (all 304 at current count!) to remove any potential slips on my part. Interestingly, when running the 2009 TT to see if I had made a faux pas, the trains have the TT written in the same way, and these appear with no issue, how peculiar  :S Regards Paul When in doubt - Contingency plan 2A.
