The signal that train CLST is reporting from is not what the ID on the signal that it is actually waiting at.

If you are referring to the crossing showing a white fill on the crossing route, Tom has already answered this in regard to other locations on the sim. The display is configured as per latest NR standards (different to previous SimSig releases).

The LE is waiting at the South end of the Through Goods (red fill) and not at CE275. There is a "hidden signal" there to control the entry to the RR loop via the Ground Frame. The LE will ring to ask for authority to move in due course. If the GF is activated and set it will run into the RR loop; otherwise it will run down the Up Through Goods to CE275.

Note that the loco is facing down ie away from the visible signal.
