I am playing Liverpool Street and I have noticed that the platform berths have different colours (Red, Yellow, Green) but what do they mean?

Green = train on time; Yellow = a bit late (up to 5 min?); Red = late (more than 5 mins); Blue = early. All dependent on the options set under the ARS tab. I can only help one person a day. Note that if you go to F3 Options » Display there is a drop-down list available there which allows you to change the "Train describer mode" to display ARS State (if a train is off ARS or not), instead of if it's running early/on-time/late.
