Was playing Brighton with bundled 2009-10-15 timetable... and I noticed that 1H65 and 1F17 joining to become a 410m-long train! They are so long that when they join, 1F17 eats the track circuit at the junction! Post has attachments. Log in to view them. Log in to reply |

Hello, Looking at a recent stock book, the 09:15 from Littlehampton (1H17 (1H65 in the provided 2009 sim)) should be a 4 car C377, with 1F17 being an 8 car. The default timetable with the sim has 1H65 as a 12 car before the join, hence the very long train after joining. Maybe it was selected by mistake. James Log in to reply |

This problem may apply for more trains which joins at Haywards Heath. Just happened again for 1H67 and 1F19.

Spotted this just now. I suspect it was a data entry error in the original timetable. Haywards Heath are specialists at working around 16 car formations :) Similar issues found with platform working errors at Brighton. All superceded by TBASC sim now, obviously. 20 years of Simsigging Log in to reply |
