Hi,

Had a search about and can't find this reported elsewhere.
I've got a problem with signal 204 on the up line just north of Brill Tunnel, if two trains leave Banbury in quick succession bound for the Chiltern, 204 seems to exhibit a wrong side failure, letting two trains into section together. This normally shows up when the first passes signal 202, causing it to switch to red in the face of the second who then calls up to report Adverse Change of Aspect.
I've attached a screen grab and a saved game.

Cheers

Alan

On loading the save, I'm intrigued to know why the following TC is shown as occupied in F11:
TRHRKRQ, I assume this is a combined TC (TRH+TRK+TRQ?).

Signal 204 is showing Y and then G with TCs ahead showing occupied, which implies that all the individual TCs are clear, and the combined TC has been occupied by reason(s) unknown.

S204 looks at:-
TRM - un-occ;
TRN - un-occ;
TRP - un-occ in F11 but occ on screen;
TRR - un-occ;
TRS - un-occ;
TRT - un-occ;

Also it's difficult to be certain of what's been happening with the sim at 4x speed.

Edit:
There seems to be a significant number (~16) of TCs that have been artificially occupied via F11.

I can only help one person a day. Today's not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look too good either.

Hmm, I've not touched F11 on this game. If it's some kind of freak occurrence on this save game then fair enough, but I had an unexplained ACOA on a previous game, so I assumed this could be the cause & thought it was worth mentioning

Yes i've noticed this too, there are certainly some issues regarding 208 and 206 signals aswell however im struggling to recreate in F11! i *think* this is the series of events;
A train leaves Bicester North on the up passing 190
passes 208 which reverts to red (Section TYDY and into TRG)
passes 206 into TRH - TRG clears and 208 clears to greeen, 206 still displaying green
passes 204R into TRJ - only now does 206 revert to red and 208 back to yellow

But like I say this was observing a train passing and I was unable to recreate using F11.

Hope that helps :S

I rer-reported this here with some more detail (apologies for not spotting this report).
