When I bought Marylebone a couple of weeks ago, I inadvertantly created a second order as the first didn't appear to complete successfully. I didn't follow this order fully through to payment, but it has left a 'Created' order in the shop which cannot be deleted. Now whether it is coincidence or not, since then I have had a pending £1 transaction showing on my bank account (I haven't got a Paypal account so paid by debit card)which doesn't seem to want to go or turn into a real transaction. Is there any way of deleting 'Created' uncompleted orders from the shop?

Don't worry about "created" orders - any time somebody browses the shop they get an order started which persists even if they abandon the order. It's just the way the shop works. As for the payment, if you didn't follow through to payment then there's no way that PayPal can know your debit card details - though I'm a bit confused as you then say you used a debit card. I would follow up with your bank to check exactly where that pending amount came from (does it say PayPal?). In fact I believe it will show as "CAJONRAILLC" on your statement if it came from this website - but we don't have anything that would cost £1. If you don't get anywhere, PM me and I'll see what else I can do. SimSig Boss Log in to reply |

Be interesting to see how long it takes to drop off.

I found this link which might be relevant (even though it's $ rather than £). In Dick's case it's hung around for 12 days now which is odd but I think still within time limits for pre-authorisation amounts.
