This new launcher is doing my head. When I go into there are no sims listed yet they are all present on my computer in the usual directory. Can someone tell me how I tell the launcher where to look for the sims. Can't think why it suddenly decided to forget where they were.

Well I gave up on it eventually. I just had to re-install all the sims relevant to the launcher. Hope I don't need to do that regularly !

Have you downloaded any of the latest .sim releases (Marylebone, Brighton, Lancing, Fenchurch Street, Liverpool Street)? These are the only simulations to work with the loader, the older .exe simulations (all sims bar the latest of those listed above) do not use the loader. To add folders to look in, start the loader and click 'Folder Options', then click add. Have you changed the install location when you installed the simulation/loader? If you let everything install to the default location, it should find them with no problems. Thanks for your help. I may have mucked up the locations when I was trying to add the 1973 Fenchurch Timetable. The location of the new sims is so distracting and not at all obvious. Pity someone can't find an easy way to slip any new timetables into the correct folder.
