May have encountered a small problem early on with this.

V211-3E is due to arrive Seven Sisters Platform 4 at 05:35H but V215-2E is not due to depart Seven Sisters Platform 4 until 05:36.

Anyone else encountered this on the Weekday timetable.

Geoff

yes I noticed that as well but I would think it is an "error" that was in the proper WTT that has been transferred for authenticity...its only 30 seconds and causes no delay for V211's next trip so no real issues with it

The timetables were created using a number of methods - one of which used only the "entry" time plus the usual booked running time. On this particular train, it would appear that additional running time has been allowed in the WTT, thus giving this very slight conflict (most trains have 9 minutes from depot to Seven Sisters, whereas 211 is given 11).

It is a minor tweak that is needed (I have forwarded revised TTs to Peter) and does not delay V211's next service.

Try doing what I did, stick one for P4 into P5, Really messes it up lol. Quick shunt and delays of only two mins because I twigged what I had done pretty quickly lol

I noticed this too - and another identical one later in the height of the morning (c)rush. Used the simplifier set to Seven Sisters P5 and collared all the entry signals to that platform to effect manual control in the order I needed.

You have to watch Seven Sisters like a hawk! Once those trains are out of order it's a right pain getting them back!

Deceptively tricky sim this one!

If you can ID the train it can be fixed.

Hi Peter

Had an issue with V227-3E arriving from the depot to Seven Sisters at 06:55H forming V227-3 which departs Seven Sisters at 06:59 only for V205-3 from Walthamstow due to arrive Seven Sisters 06:56-06:56H

also V246-1E from the depot due to arrive at Seven Sisters 08:08H forming V246-1 departing 08:11 will clash with V234-3 from Walthamstow due 08:09 at Seven Sisters

and same with V212-5E forming V212-5 will clash at Seven Sisters with V205-5

Off the top of my head, the one that got delayed was V205 but I can't remember the trip number, sorry.

{Edit} If I'd read this thread in sequence I would have spotted that Tim Tam Toe had already identified the same one!

I've worked my way through the actual WTT and corrected everything where needed. Some of you may also encounter a problem with trains V206 and V250 later in the day. These are also fixed in the updated version which is heading in Peter's direction.

Interesting one in the afternoon with V250-5E entering from Northumberland Pk at 15:52. Its next working is V250-5 which is not until 20:02½ . Just removed V250-5 as it locked everything up north of Seven Sisters. I appreciate it may have already been fixed in the next release just letting people know if they are playing through the TT.

V206 gives a similar scenario - a train formed onto one which is several hours ahead.
The other option if using the original tt is to adjust the time of the error trips (subtract a few hours in each case. The following trips which the trains form onto are all correct.

There may be some issues with V214 and V224 (various suffixes) and ARS routeing at both Walthamstow and Brixton. Several times during the day the ARS routes these train into the other platform at the termini rather than that specified in the timetable (i.e. P1 instead of P2 or vice wersa). No big issue really as when I noticed it I just manually route into the listed timetable although that does make the train non-ARS and then needs watching all the way through to the other end. No problems seen on other trains in the sim (now up to 19:00)

No idea if this is part of the trains timetable or some other problem but just letting you know.

Can I just confirm which is happening - just to save me hunting through every single train.

Is the Sim/ARS routing the trains to the wrong platform, or is there a timetable error which effectively routes a conflict. Any time/accurate train information would be appreciated so I can cure any timetable problem that exists more quickly.

If the ARS is routing it wrongly the I'd expect it to route every train wrongly.

I'll have another run through over the next couple of days and will post more details and a saved game if I can. It was only trains of the V214 and V224 family which showed anything out of the ordinary and where the timetable showed P1 at Walthamstow for example the train would be routed into P2 by the ARS. With manual intervention to route into P1 then the train was made non-ARS due to being off the planned route..

EDIT: running through again and up to 10:15 without any difficulties as I mentioned above. I think I may remember what happened now as I recall having some regulation issues at Seven Sisters and I'm sure now that twice I invoked "run to another timetable" to get things moving again and think it involved V214 being swapped with another diagram and the same for V224. The headcodes were also changed to incorporate the new diagram. After picking up the following working at the terminus as per the newly swapped diagram, I think that is when V214 and V224 started having issues. As I cannot recall which diagrams V214 and V224 were swapped with, probably better just let this one go for the moment
Anyway I'll continue to run through the TT and if anything crops up similar I'll post it.

Sorry for the wild goose chase... :silly:

I have a problem with V250-5E: I tried to postpone his time of enter on area at 19:50, but it enters on area at 14:36. Why?

Is this the same v4.1.2 from last November, or have more errors come to light? I recall (and looking back confirms this) that V250-5E was one of the error trains from v4.1.1. Hopefully, if v4.1.2 is the same one from November there should not be any more "suprises."

Sorry my mistake I overlooked the November update you sent and just fixed the current default for that train.
To avoid further confusion have uploaded as v4.1.3 which should contain everything.

Peter,

Why, with timetable v4.1.3 does every train that departs Seven Sisters P4 drop it's ARS state? I can;t get it back either, it's affected the first dozen or so trains.
