I hope the train had been cautioned. Better still, stopped until the BMW was gone.

Good to note that despite it's predicament, the car was able to display front and tail lights correctly.

A BMW showing flashing indicators. A rare sight! Didn't think BMW had working indicators, never seen them.
I can only help one person a day. Today's not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look too good either.

Oh I've seen loads of BMWs with those. They're not indicators - they are the "My car is expensive enough that I can ignore the traffic laws" sign.
