I'm just a bit surprised that in V4.1 of the sim, W122 will clear to a green aspect as soon as a route to the branch is called, even when the train is nowhere near. I would have thought this signal should have been approach controlled from red as the speed limit for the branch turnout is much less than that for the main line route. (I'm wondering if this might be another symptom of the issue reported earlier of calling-on aspects coming off prematurely.)

(I'm also slightly puzzled that the Wiki manual page for Westbury says the latest downloadable version is V4.2.2 (20/12/13) but when I look on the Downloads section the file there is V4.1 (19/11/13).)

Can't answer the first part but v4.2.2 is available using the "Check for updates" button within the loader. Geoff has stated that the installers have not been updated yet (and wont be as regularly as the direct updates via the loader.)

This was bug 9910 which has been fixed (19/11/13).

If you use the update option on the loader, it will apply updates to a few sims plus the loader itself.
