Why do 214 and 216 now time out with no train in the area??

This was a discussion we had on V4.2.1 - Westbury is riddled with non-comprehensive approach locking. Stephen has been through it in detail and we've now got it 100% right v4.2.2 (hopefully).

I believe this is because they do not have comprehensive approach locking (ie: they do not have the technology to "look back" along the line to see where the next train is). These signals will always time-out when an unused route is cancelled.
