Hi, this is my first post. What does the 'LOCK' button do on Lincoln St. LC? (It's between Bulwell and Radford Junc. on the Kirkby lines). Also, what does TORR mean on the 'New Simulation' options? Thanks to everyone who givs up their time to make these fantastic sims! "Don't stress/ relax/ let life roll off your backs./ Except for death and paying taxes/ everything in life.../ is only for now." (Avenue Q) Log in to reply |

From the manual at http://www.SimSig.co.uk/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=usertrack:mans:trent Ref TORR: "Start-up options are: TORR on/off -default is TORR off, unlike previous sims, which causes set routes to NOT release after the train passes." Ref Lincoln St LC: "The tram line continues as a double line between Bulwell to halfway between Lincoln St and Radford Jn. Lincoln St crossing barriers protect only the railway line. However, if the barriers are ready to rise, but a tram is approaching, the barriers are locked down until the tram has passed. This is to avoid any car drivers mistakenly driving into a path of a tram when the barriers rise." Hope that helps, the manual has lots of other info. I can only help one person a day. Today's not your day. Tomorrow doesn't look too good either. Log in to reply |
