Hello all,

Quite some time before I need to add them into my 2005 TT, but does anyone know the routeing of the Brighton and Gatwick Voyagers?

I understand that most went through Clapham but wasn't there one that took the Wandsworth and Crystal Palace route? I seem to recall that was the reason for the parlimentary bus from Ealing Broadway to Wandsworth Road, and later the Southern Wandsworth Road to Kenny O parlimentary service.

Unless they all took that route in the end since none were booked to call at Clapham?

The weekday VT/XC services to & from Brighton were booked Oxford-Reading-Acton-Willesden SWS-Kenny O-Clapham Jn-East Croydon-Gatwick Apt-Brighton in both directions, before they were foolishly cut from the inter-regional network.

When in doubt - Contingency plan 2A. Someone didn't buy the milk - 2A. Someone sneezed at Swansea - 2A. A driver complains the cab is too cold - 2A. Unable to operate a HEx service 4 vice 8 - 2A. Points failure at Ipswich - 2A. Landslip at Pitlochry - 2A

Brilliant thank you very much for confirming that, and a very useful website too that 1s76!

The minute I read 1s76, I did actually remember another site I forgot which would have given me the answer, PSUL. It confirms that there was one round via Crystal Palace , the Saturdays Only 0515 Gatwick - Manchester.

Thanks for the site sloppyjag and thanks for confirming it's route on Weekday's Paul

0915 on Saturdays also went Crystal Palace and Brixton. Went on it for that very purpose not long before the end.

As long as it wasn't wrong routed, we never knew what of many routes that train was taking until it left Brighton and someone eventually uploaded the schedule in to trust via VSTP, it was a total nightmare especially as the train had no radios!
