Hello all, Just wondering for something I'm doing, does anyone here know what those sort of 'workbooks' contain, found in PSB's (and possibly IECC's, I wouldn't know). It's the one where the signaler can see what each train passing through the panel is supposed to do. I assume it's like the departures book issued to station staff only just a bit different, so I assume it lists the book times the train is supposed to call at, and what booked platform. Is it listed in time order or divided by 'up' and 'down' services? Log in to reply |

Ahh I see, thank you guys! I assume basically it mainly shows stations for platform numbers? Just thinking if you have 10 stations on your panel, but say 8 of them were all close together (like in London), just simple two track through stations, and one station is a terminus, one is a station with a bay platform, would there be any need to show all the times of all 10 stations, or just the main ones which, in this example, would be the terminus and station with a bay platform to make 3 platforms? If the above makes sense! Log in to reply |

Our ones will only show key stations, junctions and regulating points, they do not show every station that maybe on the panel, that would be information overload and serves no purpose.
