Hello there I'm wondering if anyone can help me out, I'm playing BNS and been using Plat 8A for departures from cross city as per tt and then sig 167 -> 148 and sig 167 -> 149 keeps on saying that there is no route available and i have checked the manual and there is nothing on it for bns. I've just tried, and can set both of those routes.

Works for me on an empty sim, so it seems like it's situation specific, and we'll need your save to work out what's happened.

You have a route set from 166 signal on platform 9A, this prevents you setting routes out of 8A

there is a TCF between sig 165 + 166 would that be the reason why?

Found it- if you've got a route set from 166 to 165 (platform 9A), you can't set a route from 167. In the saved game, although the 166 was red, the route was still set (white signal stem), so the route from 167 was locked. EDIT: Headshot posted while I was typing. So i guess i can't set any routes until the TCF at 166 + 165 has gone then.
