As there seems to be a lot of bug reporting at the moment: It'd be great if you could include in your report:
This helps us greatly when it comes to filing bugs on our internal bug board, and helps speed up fixes to sims if the issue is severe If you are posting about installation issues common with Anti-Virus software, please state which version of the software you are using, and if you have tried making an exception for the SimSig Loader / Application EXE If you are posting about issues with a firewall (with regards multiplayer hosting), Have you tried port forwarding? Please also post issues in the relevant sub-forum, This part of the forum is for non-specifir Simulation issues. If you still have access to the old machine, as I understand it should be instant—just start the license manager on the old machine, deallocate the licenses, and then start it on the new machine and allocate them. If you had to request a license release because you couldn’t deallocate from the old machine, I believe a human has to look at that so it will take longer.
