It appears that non-ARS trains routed towards VC568 which are booked to head towards Victoria Central will only result in VC568 clearing but not VC556. Problem is reproducible. Worked fine for me. Changed the trip alpha from 3 to 5 and the Siganller on the Central side happily accepted the train. Also made the train ARS. Stand clear doors closing.

3Q46-3 is approaching Battersea Park and VC568 will clear for any train, but VC556 thinks it's a non timetabled train and Victoria Central is waiting for 3Q46-5. If you change the last number before the train gets to Battersea VC556 will clear. The ARS plays no part in this process only the correct number.
