Should freight trains to Feltham and beyond accept either the route via Richmond or via Hounslow without ringing to question it?

The idea behind including Barnes in the Feltham sim is to encourage this very behaviour! Are you saying they do call wrong route despite either being acceptable, or that they don't call wrong route and you want to check this is correct? Log in to reply |

Yeah, I tried to run an early freight via Hounslow yesterday and got an incorrect route call.

Would one be able to do this with an ECS passenger train running from, say, Clapham Junction to Staines?

Have just updated Feltham to v1.1 and on the 0445 start TT I have 2R05 at Barnes (FL) heading towards Mortlake complaining of wrong route set at Signal W525 when set towards Mortlake. Should add that this is using a save from the previous version of Feltham but the train in question had not appeared before the save point.
