I notice that this BR remains on even when ME23 is clear

Whilst on the subject of signals, 153 after Kemsing doesn't seem to come off for the Down Pass loop? 304 does in the opposite direction

It's approach controlled. Edit: Jay: Did you get an ACOA message? I can reproduce a weird bug when a train enters TFE1 the signal clears to yellow, then before the train has cleared the signal and stepped up to the next track circuit the signal drops to red, causing an ACOA. mE23BR only steps up to an "off" position when a route is set all the way through the middle road
