Don't forget that the line from Oxford Parkway - Oxford won't open until long after IEP is implemented, AFAIK there is still legal wrangling over who's going to pay for the new (*cough*rebuilt*cough*) Oxford station, and what to do with all the services while they sort it out...

" said:" said:Unfortunately yes. With the original three eras there were up to 3 different identities for each track section. With the 2015 extended gone it meant that it could be simplified and now the sim identities match the planned 2015 layout. I keep saying "planned" here and elsewhere as I'm not convinced it will be the final, final version!Because of major changes to the Princes Risborough to Bicester, and Bicester to Oxford sections, unfortunately saved games will be incompatible with this new version.Does this include saves made when running in 2013 mode? " said:" said:I just tried chaining (with no timetable) Leamington 2006 to Marylebone 2015 - fail. Then tried Marylebone 2013 - fail. Am I doing something wrong?Out of interest (I haven't updated yet as I'm on holiday) is Marylebone now chainable to Leamington - timetables permitting? Oh and as I'm away - feel free to release more new sims, you usually do!I'm away from the main PC to test it with the new version of Marylebone, but yes Leamington was built to be compatible so there shouldn't be an issue, and it worked in testing previously. Matt I've just tested this on my machine with Leamington 1.1 Marylebone 3.0 Loader 4.5.3 No issues connecting the sims. What errors are you getting? EDIT Matt and I have discussed this on Teamspeak and our conclusion is it was user error. On both our parts  The sims do work fine. Hi Geoff - my latest Marylebone says version 3.0 but the user manual version history refers to 3.1. Is this an update that hasn't yet been pushed out? Best, Nick Log in to reply |

Not had an issue downloading it my end just now. Could be worth clearing your download folder/cashe in case there is something there causing the issue

Just purchased Marylebone IECC, gotta say the best SimSig investment I've made so far to date. Absolutely brilliant! Certainly takes a bit of getting used to, being not familiar with the area. Well done to all the team involved in the making of the sim, 10/10! :woohoo:

" said:" said:Late to the party I know, but the Outer Splitting Distants (see Diagram 6.55 on this page) on the Down approaching Bicester South Junction are the only two on the network (or at least they were at the time of commissioning!). There's also a vid on Youtube that shows them about 45 minutes in...Nice job. I noticed those splitting distants and, if they are commissioned, it would be interesting to see them close up. I admit I don't think I have ever seen an MAS splitting distant. There are a couple near Airport Jn if you're ever heading that way. FYI - it looks like work is underway to extend the LUL entry siding at West Ruislip and the Wembley turnback was extended last year. Nick Log in to reply |
