5P13 terminates at Sanderstead, to form 2P13, but it sits there awaiting for Right-away, I've now got two trains stuck behind it. What should I do?

This is a known timetable bug from the original beta release of the sim. 5P13 / 2P13 need to be removed from the timetable.

I shall summon the poking stick from the broom cupboard for the writer of the 2009 WTT

It is safe to remove the offending trains without doing any damage.

It would be interesting to know if anyone has tried the new 15th October 2009 scenario  yet

Paul

You have to get a red before you can get any other colour

I have tried the 15th October 2009 scenario. it gave me a block on the up and down east Grinstead from hurst green

junction to east Grinstead siding. from 00:25 till 05:35. interesting watching the different track circuits flash whilst in the block. the only issue I had was when the block was lifted a couple of track sections would clear from the colours they used. I have attached a save game to sure you what I mean but a could scenario to be included.

thanks to all those that have testing and been involved in the building of this sim.

many thanks

From the manual:

Quote:
The simulation will apply the reminders at the start of the possession however you will have to remove them!!!!
Which means Mr Curran has helpfully applied a myriad of reminder and isolation collars, as well as a psychedelic collage of possession reminders on your behalf, but you will have to spend the next 20 minutes taking them all back off!

I found the same problem, with a few of the Track Sections not wanting to clear, to solve this go to F11 and go on track sections and scroll down until you find one with reminders still applied and clear them that way.

As John has stated that is correct operation. It is the signallers responsibility to remove the reminders from any signals/track sections affected by the possession. technically it is the signallers responsibility to put them on too, however, the sim has been programed to do it for you to avoid any errors.

Yeah... good luck with that PC!!

I will check the 'master' version to try and identify where things have gone wrong and arrange for a new version to be released.

As Mantis is a secret with even read access available only to the chosen few I've no idea whether this bug is still open or not but it's still there in the current 0445 time table...

That'll be because the current 2009 timetable is the same version as the one the by was reported again. As far as I can see an update has never been released.
