I am attempting to use the Licence Manager on a new computer for the first time. After entering my username and password a couple of minutes later a message appears saying "Failed to connect to server" can anyone help please Loader version V4.5.4 Windows 10 Log in to reply |

Theres a probably a a simple solution but after 6 weeks its becoming frustrating

Have you got a third part firewall that could be blocking the Simsig Loader? Or do you have anti virus that could be blocking it? The computer has Windows Firewall and Fujitsu Internet Security 2013 - will check those
