I am running the above timetable at normal level with track failures and delays. When train is held at a signal due to track failure I give permission to proceed passed red signal, when train passes signal the train description goes to (****) is this a fault or not. Glad of any comments

Descriptions moving from signal to signal are triggered by track circuits being occupied, and on the route set from the signal in question if there's more than one. If the track circuit in front of Signal A has failed, the trigger of that TC occupying won't occur, so no description will be sent to Signal B. When the train passes that signal, a TD step will be triggered as usual, but since there's no description at Signal B, the berth at Signal C will be filled with 'undescribed train', which is ****. All you need to do is put the train description in at the next signal yourself.
