Have you requested it via the license manager ? You need to do that first. EDIT Having re-read your post it sounds like you don't have an OS, once you get that sorted and reinstall the license manager it can be unlocked by you requesting it. Don't worry your license isn't lost. Thanks Headshot119  . Totally forgot about that myself and panicked. Hopefully I will be back up with a few hours only Win10 Install..
