I am pretty confused with the FHH terminal and the process of operating the lever frames (which at the best of times I struggle with!) I have run through the sim 24 hours, but I had to delete several trains running into and out of FHH. Could someone please run through the full process of getting a train in (maybe starting with 4D85) and similar to get one out (say 6M21 as it has to shunt). I know there has been an earlier request, but ended up with someone saying they had "figured it out" which didn't really help! I try many things but the train stays stubbornly in place! Thanks Last edited: 10/02/2016 at 12:21 by spfish Reason: edited to 6M21 Log in to reply |

4D85- just route the train into DS1 from signal 919 and it'll fall off the simulation without you needing to do anything. 6M21- the train needs to reverse, let's say behind signal 908. First, left click the ground frame 'F' button to release it. Then, in the Ground Frame window, pull lever 1 to release the rest of the levers. The train is coming out of DS2+, so pull lever 9 to reverse the points. Points 3 need to be reversed as well, but before you can move them you need to release the Facing Point Lock (Lever 2). When you've pulled 2, you'll also be able to pull 3. The points are now in the correct position, so you can click the 'DS2+' handsignal box to get the train out of the siding. Note that you'll also need to set a route from 4487 to 3885, because of the length of the train. When the train is stopped behind 908, untick the handsignal box, and move levers 3 (crossover back to normal), 2 (Engage FPL), 9 (Siding points back to normal), and 1 (lock the frame up). Right click the 'F' button (which should be flashing), and you're done! Set the onward route for 6M21 as normal. Thank you, I was making it harder than it need be, especially with inbound trains trying to reverse from shunt line!
