Edge Hill License purchased on the 11th but still showing as "created" in my account info. How long does it take to become confirmed ? in the past its been much quicker.

Should be instantaneous, created means you have created the order and confirmed is when the payment is received. Can you check your account and see if the payment has been made. That is most odd. PayPal certainly confirms you've paid so I've issued the licenses manually. Apologies for the inconvenience. (Numerous other transactions since then have gone through so I don't know why one isolated one never completed) SimSig Boss Log in to reply |

Hi, I am having the same problem. I purchased 4 sims earlier today and received a confirmation of payment from paypal but have not yet been issued my licences. I know there was a problem some time ago with a delay in processing by paypal, but I have not had a problem before. I would be grateful if someone could check to see if my payment has gone through or if there is a glitch in the system. Thank you, Neil Log in to reply |

[Wembley Mainline License purchased today but still showing as "created" in my account. Normally this is very quick but nothing received yet. Paypal shows as paid. Any help appreciated

I've purchased East Coastway and still nothing has shown up in my emails the only thing that's in my licenses area is the drain that doesn't work and coastway which says donate next to it at the moment.

Drain isn’t a licensed simulation; and there aren’t any donate or similar buttons in the license manager program. What does it say in License Manager? (either run SimSigLicense.exe, or click the license manager button in Loader) Log in to reply |

You allocate this to your machine by opening the license manager application, not by using the website.
