It seems unfair to penalise the Signaller with an 'Excess delay to road users' if this is caused by a track circuit failure which then prevents the barriers being raised. Especially if it had to determine whether to attribute a delay to the presence of a failure or the signaller's decisions when going around it! Log in to reply |
