So just tried to purchase Rugby Multipack at £39.99 with my debit card I put in all my details like address, card details ect when I pressed the "Chareg my card with £39.99" it came up with an error page. I have never had trouble paying for sims with this card in the past, just hope it hasn't gone through and took my £39.99 Log in to reply |

Did you click 'Pay with Paypal' or 'Pay by Debit/Credit card'? The latter option isn't working at the moment, however reports from other people are that PayPal is working fine, so select that option for now. It doesn't matter if you don't have a PayPal account, you'll get an option to 'Use PayPal as a guest' (or similar wording), so you can enter card details as normal.
