Did you change your password when SimSig website migrated? If so your license manager password will have changed aswell.

In order to change your password you need your current password. As James says, it's the same password for this website and the License Manager - though you didn't actually need to change it: just re-entering the same would have sufficed. Some browsers allow you to view your saved passwords. Firefox: Options -> Security -> Saved Logins -> (check behind you) Show Passwords. Try the following: 1. Log out of the website, and then close your browser. 2. Re-open your browser, go to the SimSig site and click 'login'. 3. Click 'forgotten password' and enter your e-mail address. 4. An e-mail will be sent to you, follow the instructions to select a new password. 5. Login to the website (not strictly necessary, but a useful check) 6. You should be able to log in to the license manager using the password you set in (4). The forgotten password link on the website works, it's only the License Manager one that's broken.
