Hiya Since updating the loader I can't get SimSig to run correctly on any sim! It will scroll left to right ok but as soon as I try to scroll up and down the game crashes! Any ideas?? Log in to reply |

What version of the loader are you using. What operating system and version are you running ? Are your graphics drivers up to date ?

Just happened with Wembley Mainline when I tried scrolling up to see the very top of the sim. the sim comes up with the message not responding whilst the screen goes a very faint grey colour. It will not do anything after this and the only way to continue is to close the sim with the task manager. Geoff Post has attachments. Log in to view them. When it goes a faint grey colour, that's a windows thing. The processor is overloaded and given time it will sort itself out. Now what caused the processor to overload is the interesting thing. Maybe SimSig redrawing the screen was too much.

At the time this was the only thing open and being used. Previously when it has happened I have had Excel 2013 open using the items in a database for writing a timetable with this sim. Could that have something to do with it. Computer is a HP Envy with 17" screen with Windows 8 and all drivers etc up to date. I have previuosly reloaded the sim sig system file as suggested by Geoff to solve previous issues with Sim Sig Geoff Log in to reply The following user said thank you: pip1976uk |

Have reinstalled system files and this seems to have cured it! Thank you all!
