I had this problem once before but I've forgotten how it was cured. I have just purchased Rugby Nth, assignrd the license to the computer, but on starting the program no timetable is present. I've checked in the timetables folder and no folder for Rugby north is present. I saw an FAQ which suggested un-clicking "use publick folders" in options, but that option does not appear (WIN 10). yes several times. It informs That are no new updates

Which version of the Loader and updater are you using? The Loader should be 4.5.13, the Updater should be 4.5.13.9. If you're running anything earlier than that, you'll need to download and install the system files from the website again- there was a major upgrade to the Updater itself last month.
