A small problem when you launch this timetable 1A75 seeds at Plymouth Platform 7. 2G71 seeds at Plymouth Platform 4. 5A08 seeds at Plymouth Platform 5. 5A09/1A09 seeds at Plymouth P365 but proceeds to Platform 6. 5M29 seeds at Plymouth Platform 8 all of which means that there is no Platform for 5L71 which comes on panel from Laira MPD and cannot then Platform at Plymouth 4 and leave before anything else already seeded and which leave at a later time. Can I suggest that Platform 3 maybe a better place to seed 2G71. Whilst I realise that it is up to the signaller to accommodate incorrect platforming and deal with it, I do think the initial set up is beyond the users limits in this case. Geoff. As a footnote the 00:00 start timetable shows that 2G71's inward service will need to be regulated as it leads to the same scenario but that's down to the signaller. 5M29 reported in that it would be ready to depart at 04:58 but is still dividing trains at 05:04. Train dispatchers....you can't trust them....... Geoff Log in to reply |

That's down to the crew change Geoff, happens because they change the driver before splitting the sets.
