It seems that there is missing logic in the token release arrangements for the single line sections to Claydon & Morris Cowley. In both cases, it is possible for a second token to be requested (and granted!) while a train is in section. The attached file shows an instance for the Cowley branch where 9T74 is in section between Kennington Jn and Cowley, but 4V16 has requested a second token which it is possible for the PSB to release. The same can be done for trains heading in opposite directions too, creating a "Mexican standoff".
