When we change a platform, especially on Bi-di lines, we make manual announcements over the LLPA for each station affected. Few exceptions to this. Ladybank & Glenrothes. Ladybank has its near hourly service from perth using the Down platform. This is obviously its booked platform, and I am sure there is a notice board on the platform to indicate the services stopping on P2. Same with Glenrothes P2. Montrose sometimes has a last minute alteration to jump over to the UP platform, normally because the lifts are out of use and we may have a wheelchair user etc on the train. A Wee call to the box to reroute the train and a call to CCTV to put out an announcement on the platform. Springburn.. I've seen myself calling people over because we've gone into the non booked platform last minute for whatever reason. Craig. Thanks for all your comments on platforming! I just noted 5Y27 and 2N72 conflict between Springburn and Bellgrove Jn. Minor bug: I don't think 6D83 is able to get to Garnqueen North Jn just two minutes behind 2V53 because of the block lenghts. 2N79 needs to wait until 2J30 has left Possilpark & Parkhouse (at 20:07) until it can pass Maryhill Park Jn (at 20:07). Quite a tight fit. edit: there is a comparable situation at Croy with 1R67 and 2N82. AJP in games Last edited: 06/10/2018 at 18:54 by Albert Reason: None given Log in to reply |

Thanks! 5V33's departure time from Cumbernauld is fixed. It is however conflicting with 2J16 on leaving the siding. Also 1R31 and 1Q24 are scheduled to pass over Cowlairs East Jn at the same time. 1R31 is early in practice, however. bill_gensheet in post 112174 said:Keep them coming Albert, not a problem. Freight is more likely to be wrong as Iwas not using the 'when GLQ is shut' freight WTT and with variable trains may not have also done a perfect run with all of them.Well, most of the conflicts did involve passenger services after all. Now finally a freight-related one: 6E45 and 2J18 conflict. AJP in games Log in to reply |

5R95 has half an hour between Croy and Lenzie which suggests that it is looped at Gartshore to be overtaken by 1R35 and 1H85. The reason why escapes me though, Eastfield DPL would have been fine for this.

5R60 is timed too closely behind 2V54. Also, I guess 2N79 is supposed to be held at Anniesland without granting the slot until 5R60 has passed - would this be more clear if 2N79 were timetabled with an arrival time of 20:01 and a passing time of 20:06 after 5R60 is in, signifying an optional stop? 6M34 is scheduled to pass Garnqueen North Jn only one minute after 2V65 from the same direction - block lengths are too long for that!

Disregard my post above, just checked and there's a section of OHLE missing in the simulation. Mantis 31968.
