If you have early running freights that need crew changes at S440, they wont accept the road down the goods to B10 so you can loop them awaitng their crew change i'm assuming the signals are next to eachother ? Jezz Log in to reply |

You need to hold anything booked for a crew change at 440 further back if it's running early and the crew haven't rung to say they're ready. The down relief at Newport can be used, especially if nothing is booked in the infrequently used P1. Other options are the reception lines at East Usk.
