I am using the loader version 4.6.9, the site says that checking for updates will re-install the latest version of the loader, however, even with the purchased licence every time I try to update the software runs through it's list and returns that the file does not exist on the server. In addition to this when I try to access the licence manager using my details I get a failed to connect to the server message. I have searched high and low in the forums but I am unable to get an indication of how to fix the problems I am facing. Can you help please? Many thanks in advance Log in to reply |

If you have a google for how to allow certain programs that should fix the issue.
